**Role Overview**:
We are looking for trustworthy and responsible **Local Field Associates (LFA)** across Rajasthan to support our operational assignments in their respective areas. This is a **freelance/assignment-based** role — you will be paid per task completed.

**Work Model**:

- **Work and Get Paid**: Payment is made per assignment/task completed
- No fixed salary; payments are task-based and time-bound
- Assignments are given by the Operations Department as per area and need

**Examples of Assignments**:

- Delivery of bank recovery notices to borrowers and guarantors
- Assisting with tehsil/land record-related tasks
- Scanning and uploading of legal/loan documents
- Collection of village-level or Gram Panchayat-level data
- Uploading hyperlocal news updates on Channel009.news
- Field promotion and sale of advertisement space on Channel009.news
- Any other operational task assigned by RS Business Group

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must be based in Rajasthan, preferably near SBI or RGB branches
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass; basic literacy and smartphone usage required
- Ability to read/write in Hindi
- Must be trustworthy and have a good reputation in the local community
- Prior experience in field work, sales, or delivery preferred
- Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler

**Payment Structure**:

- Payments vary by assignment type and distance
- All payments are made on successful completion and verification of task
- Incentives may be provided for volume-based or priority tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
