Field Supervisor

We are seeking experienced Field Supervisors to lead field teams conducting baseline, midline, and endline surveys in healthcare facilities across multiple states for an upcoming national-scale data collection project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in detailed training sessions on data collection tools and survey protocols.
  • Plan and coordinate field activities with assigned enumerators.
  • Supervise enumerators to ensure data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Monitor daily field progress and maintain updates in tracker sheets.
  • Flag challenges, discrepancies, and field-level issues to the central coordination team promptly.
  • Provide on-the-ground troubleshooting, guidance, and translation support when required.
  • Ensure that data collection adheres strictly to project timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in field supervision, research, or survey management in the social/development sector.
  • Strong interviewing, coordination, and quality assurance skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in local language(s) of the assigned state.
  • Ability to manage and motivate field teams in diverse and challenging environments.
  • High level of accountability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to rural and remote areas.

Location: Multiple states across India (Maharashtra, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Gujarat, Karnataka, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
