**Job Title: Assistant Supervisor**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Assist the Supervisor in managing and directing the team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of work.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to address quality issues.
- **Training and Development**:

- Assist in training new employees on departmental procedures and protocols.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Identify skills gaps and recommend training initiatives to address them.
- **Communication**:

- Facilitate clear communication between team members, departments, and management.
- Act as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns or inquiries.
- Relay important information from management to the team.
- **Performance Management**:

- Assist in conducting performance evaluations for team members.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help improve performance.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of departmental activities, including productivity metrics, incidents, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare reports for management as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience or fresher in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 120 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
