**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

Join us at सादा / SAADAA and play a key role in strengthening our customer engagement and retention efforts.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Support the creation of personalized customer communication based on user segmentation and behavior.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities to improve retention.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop content for retention campaigns.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, reporting key metrics and insights.
- Help optimize the customer journey by collaborating with product and tech teams to reduce friction and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retention marketing.

**WHO YOU ARE?**
- 0-3 years of experience in a retention marketing or CRM role, preferably in a D2C environment.
- Basic understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngage.
- Proficiency in Excel and a data-driven mindset for analyzing retention metrics.
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
- A proactive learner with a problem-solving attitude.
