**Job Overview**:
Looking for a results-driven **Operations Associate** with 1-5 years of experience to support the daily functions and project delivery and who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in managing **project operations**, timelines, and internal workflow
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including tech, HR, and business units
- Track progress and ensure timely execution of key deliverables
- Maintain and streamline **SOPs**, **documentation**, and process checklists
- Provide operational support for client engagements and internal programs
- Help manage vendor coordination, logistics, procurement, or service contracts
- Support **monitoring & evaluation** of program performance and impact
- Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or project management software for reporting and dashboards

**Primary Skills (Must-Have)**:

- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with **MS Office/Google Workspace**, especially Excel/Sheets
- Basic understanding of **project or business operations**:

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic setting
- Collaborative and proactive mindset

**Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)**:

- Familiarity with tools like **Asana**, **Trello**, **Notion**, or **Airtable**:

- Exposure to **program management** or **consulting operations**:

- Experience in **reporting**, **data tracking**, or basic analytics
- Prior work in **social enterprises**, **NGOs**, or **ed-tech/startups** is a plus

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related fields
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, or admin roles
- A strong interest in contributing to **social impact and employability initiatives**
