Remote, India Lets Set You Up Full time

We are looking for a **dynamic, creative, and motivated Digital Marketing & Operations Associate** to join our team full-time. This role offers hands-on experience with diverse areas of digital marketing and operations while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You’ll get the opportunity to manage real projects, explore marketing automation, content creation, and social media strategy, while building a long-term career with us.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage digital marketing tools such as **GoHighLevel (GHL), Kajabi, and others**.
- Assist with **social media management** (design posts, write captions, schedule content).
- Conduct **research, reporting, and project coordination** as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of **digital marketing and social media platforms**.
- Familiarity with **Canva, GHL, Kajabi**, or willingness to learn.
- Strong **English writing and communication skills**.
- Creative mindset with adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable with **evening/night working hours (3 PM - 11 PM IST)**.
