**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation for both restaurant service and banquet events.
- Work closely with management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on fine dining and banquet services.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent culinary skills with a creative flair for menu development.
- Effective leadership abilities to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in restaurant management is highly desirable.
