If it's from Total Environment, you can expect it to be sensitively designed, completely personal, and totally original. **Your Role in Our Story** As a Captain at Windmills, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy an extraordinary dining experience. You will lead and mentor your team, manage service operations, and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile, creating lasting memories. **Key Responsibilities**: Oversee servers, Stewards to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction throughout their dining journey. Efficiently handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to resolve issues promptly and enhance satisfaction. Provide guidance and motivation to uphold high service standards, conducting regular training sessions and providing constructive feedback. Maintain comprehensive menu knowledge, ensuring accurate descriptions and making informed recommendations to guests. Monitor food and beverage presentation and service quality to uphold our high standards of excellence. Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency in the dining area. Assist in inventory control and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste. Prepare reports on service performance, guest satisfaction, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
