**Job Description: Restaurant Captain**

**As the Restaurant Captain at our establishment, you'll be the orchestrator of exceptional dining experiences. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll lead our service team in providing top-notch hospitality to our guests. Your role encompasses various responsibilities, including guest relations, team management, and operational support.**

**Your primary focus will be on ensuring guest satisfaction by greeting patrons warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and handling any concerns with professionalism. You'll lead by example, setting high service standards and coaching your team to excel in their roles. Additionally, you'll oversee daily operations, including inventory management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service.**

**To succeed in this role, you'll need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality. Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,873.38 - ₹26,794.05 per month
