**Guest Service Excellence**:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage guest seating arrangements, ensuring that guests are seated promptly and comfortably.
- Oversee the entire dining experience, ensuring guests’ needs are met and that they receive exceptional service throughout their visit.
- **Supervision and Leadership**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, bussers, and other front-of-house staff during service.
- Lead pre-service briefings to ensure all staff are informed of the day's specials, menu updates, and guest preferences.
- **Service Coordination**:
- Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing and coordinating large parties, private events, or special requests, ensuring that these are handled seamlessly.
- **Order Management and Table Setup**:
- Take guest orders, ensure they are accurately entered into the system, and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
- Ensure that tables are properly set before guests arrive and are cleared and reset promptly after guests leave.
- **Quality Control and Standards**:
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet the restaurant's quality standards before being served.
- Perform regular checks to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including table settings, service stations, and restrooms.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety as required by local health regulations.
- **Administrative and Reporting**:
- Assist with managing restaurant reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring that guests are seated according to their preferences and availability.
- Handle cash and payment transactions, ensuring that all bills are correct and processed efficiently.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management regarding staff performance, guest preferences, and ways to improve service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
