**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns** across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- **Manage all social media channels** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) including creating, scheduling, and posting content that aligns with our brand’s voice and goals.
- **Monitor and analyze performance metrics** (website traffic, social media engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- **Collaborate with the creative team** to develop engaging visuals, videos, and other content formats for digital campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with **digital marketing trends**, tools, and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, **including budgets, bidding strategies, and performance tracking**.
- **Engage with online communities**, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **digital marketing and social media management**.
- Strong knowledge of **SEO, SEM, Google Analytics**, and paid social advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and marketing platforms.
- Ability to **analyze data** and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking with an **eye for design and detail**.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with **graphic design tools** like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
