**We're hiring ambitious Real Estate Salesperson who have Zeal to work in Civil Construction company.**

**Looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Person with experience in Real Estate / construction.**

- Senior Sales Manager
- Sales Manager
- Assistant Sales Manager
- Sales Executive

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Attending the customer at the office /site, explaining about the construction service.
2. Generating the leads & Following up with leads for the meeting fix.
3. Attending walk-in customers.
4. Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
5. Assisting management in marketing activities for lead generation.
6. Regularly updating and enhancing their skills and market knowledge by doing regular market research.
7. Coordinating with customer and post-sales team.
8. Conversion of leads to prospects.

**# Requirements : -**
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Salesperson.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.

**Salary**: ₹15,847.00 - ₹41,420.00 per month
