With a strong track record of successful developments, we focus on innovation, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, technically strong, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects. The ideal candidate must not only manage people and timelines but also have a solid technical background in civil engineering and proficiency in advanced Excel for project tracking and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end execution of real estate projects from planning to handover.Review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Supervise contractors, vendors, and on-site teams for smooth execution.Use Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Lookups, MIS reports, dashboards, data analysis) for project monitoring and reporting.Prepare and review progress reports, billing verification, and compliance documents.Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.Maintain close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred).5–10 years of experience in building construction and finishing projects.Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.Proficiency in Advanced Excel and project management tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
