**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Junior Graphic Designer** to join our design team. You will assist in creating visual content for various platforms including digital media. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of digital and print design assets (e.g., social media graphics, web banners, flyers, brochures, presentations).
- Support the senior design team in developing visual concepts.
- Edit and prepare artwork for final production (print or digital).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Stay updated with current design trends and tools.
- Handle multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects and XD is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing creative and relevant design work.
- Understanding of basic design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
- Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar.
- Video editing skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
