*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions and follow-up.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Assist customers with product/service information and troubleshoot any concerns.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product/service improvements.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and achieve high satisfaction ratings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
