Overview:
The CSE is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, gather feedback, and generate sales leads. The role involves engaging client, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted calling.
- Gather customer information and enter details into the CRM system.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate responses to customer queries.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Provide information about ongoing promotions and special offers.
- Record customer feedback and complaints accurately.
- Report on call outcomes and provide insights to the management.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest.
- Ensure timely follow-up to convert potential leads into sales.
