**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others..
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required..
