**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to incoming user queries with regards to any issues that they might be facing
- Attend incoming calls on Oliveboard’s board line and resolve user queries
- Attend to Live Chat queries coming in during the Business Hours
- Feed in relevant sales queries to the Inside Sales team
- Must strictly adhere to the Standard Processes in place for the CS team
- Ensure customer Satisfaction metrics are met across Chat and Support ticket queries
- Ensure Call quality metrics are met on incoming calls

**Skills/Qualification Required**:

- 3 to 6 months experience in a Customer Service role at a B2C company
- Experience of working on any Support Ticketing platform like Zendesk, Zoho, Freshdesk etc., is preferred
- Must be Proficient in Hindi, English - speaking and writing
- The role will involve working for 6 days a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
