The barman/bartender is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that patrons have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure their needs are met promptly.
- **Drink Preparation**: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. This includes cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of bar stock and supplies, reorder when necessary, and manage inventory to avoid waste.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments, handle cash, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all local and national laws regarding the service of alcohol. Check customers' identification to ensure they meet age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to provide seamless service.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any issues or complaints from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
