Senior Barman

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender / Senior Bartender to join our fine and casual dining team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of beverages, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to craft both classic and creative cocktails. As a Senior Bartender, you will also help lead the bar team, ensure quality control, and contribute to a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve non-alcoholic & alcoholic drinks following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar at all times.
• Provide personalized drink recommendations to guests based on preferences.
• Ensure guests at the bar and in the restaurant receive attentive, high-quality service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and restocking bar supplies.
• Train and mentor junior bar staff (for Senior Bartender role).
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to support smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Bartender or Senior Bartender in a fine dining or high-end bar/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology, barista and other beverages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High level of professionalism, energy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Fluent in English.
• Certification in food safety or bartending is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
