Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain bar inventory, stock management, and cleanliness
- Engage with customers, offer recommendations, and ensure a great bar experience
- Follow safety and hygiene standards
- Manage cash register and billing for bar sales
- Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes
Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of bartending experience in restaurants, pubs, or hotels
- Good knowledge of mixology and drink preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
