As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our remote team and provide outstanding service during night shifts.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize multiple job boards, social media platforms, and networking channels to find top talent.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
- **Required Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work efficiently in night shifts (ability to manage remote work in different time zones).
- Familiarity with recruiting software and job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
