**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Preparation and Daily Update of DSR**:

- Preparing and updating the Daily Sales Report (DSR) on a daily basis and timely entry of sales data into the system.
- Analyze the sales data and provide insights reports to the management team as required.

**Daily Tracking of Shipments**:

- Monitoring and tracking the status of shipments on the websites of respective shipping lines.
- Ensure that shipments are on schedule and report any discrepancies or delays to the concerned department or stakeholders.

**Tracking of Containers**:

- Track the status of containers using the CONCOR (Container Corporation of India) website.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and port authorities for updates related to the movement of containers.
- Report any issues in the container movement to ensure timely and smooth logistics operations.

**Document Collection (Import/Export)**:

- Coordinate with customers to collect the necessary documents at the time of import or export, ensuring all paperwork is in order.
- Verify documents related to customs clearance, shipments, and other processes, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- **Issue Resolution**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sales reporting, shipment tracking, or logistics operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools for preparing daily reports.
- Familiarity with shipment tracking systems, CONCOR tracking, and port logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
