Job Description:
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in Import CHA documentation role.
- Good knowledge in preparation of checklist, bill of entry filing.
- Coordination with customers regarding documentation.
- Coordination with shipping line regarding shipments.
- Managing end to end process of air and sea import shipments.
- Coordination with the consignee, co-loader for smooth shipment movements.
- Shipment tracking, coordination with the internal team.
- Maintaining DSR reports for all shipments, and ensuring clear visibility of progress.
- Good Knowledge of Inco Terms, geographical knowledge.
- Good Communication skills.
