We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Relations Associate to join our team and help drive our mission forward through effective communication and donor engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing donors to share information about our NGO’s mission, projects, and fundraising efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors by providing exceptional customer service and regular updates on how their contributions are making a difference.
