**_Management Trainee, OTC Credit _**
**_Management_**

**_ We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire OTC credit management process. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines in a business environment. This role may require travelling to onshore sites for Knowledge Transfer._**

- **

**_ Responsibilities_**

**_ _**
- **_Manage the OTC credit management portfolio and maintain strong customer relations._**

**_ _**
- **_Consistently monitor credit risk with the focus on maximizing sales, mitigating risk and minimizing bad debt._**

**_ _**
- **_Contact customers to obtain needed financial information to review customer accounts._**

**_ _**
- **_Establish Credit Limits for customers._**

**_ _**
- **_Review orders frequently throughout the day and take action as necessary._**

**_ _**
- **_Keep Management informed of credit risks as they emerge. Build and maintain relationships with Business and Corporate personnel. Duties include financial analysis, terms review and approval, order management._**

**_ _**
- **_Review supporting information to maximize sales and mitigate risk._**

**_ _**
- **_Perform system transactions within SAP._**

**_ _**
- **_Review customer accounts to ensure accurate limits are set based on available financial information._**

**_ _**
- **_Establish relationships and maintain close contact with the appropriate Business and Corporate personnel regarding credit risk situations._**

**_ _**
- **_Basic reporting as assigned._**

**_ _**
- **_Coordination of accounts for regular review._**

**_ _**
- **_Maintain all relevant systems and tables with valid information._**

**_ _**
- **_Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload._**

**_ _**
- **_Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility._**

**_ _**
- **_Innovative and always looking for continuous improvement in order to develop succession plan for staff._**

**_ _**
- **_Provide support to Supervisor for credit control activities as required._**

**_ _**
- **_Assist in SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating._**

**_ _**
- **_Deliver the required data for audit purposes._**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**
**_ _**

**_Minimum Qualifications_**:
**_ _**
- **_B. Com Graduate or equivalent experience_**

**_ _**
- **_Prior relevant work Experience._**

**_ _**
- **_Prior experience working with US Credit risk assessors, D&B (required) and Creditntell (preferred)._**

**_ _**
- **_Detail oriented._**

**_ _**
- **_Strong written and verbal communication skills._**

**_ _**
- **_Good organizational & analytical skills._**

**_ _**
- **_Proficient in using the MS Office package especially with MS Excel (some hands-on Experience), PowerPoint, Outlook._**

**_ _**
- **_Excellent communication & presentation skills._**

**_ _**
- **_Relevant OTC domain experience & some SAP experience_**

**_ _**
**_ Preferred Qualifications_**:
**_ _**
- **_Prior experience with SharePoint, SalesForce and PowerBI preferred._**

**_ _**
- **_Experience with OnBase preferred._**

**_ _**
- **_Prior experience with Prova & BlackPearl Preferred_**

**_ _**

**_ _**
- **_Experience with international process transition would be added advantage._**
