- We are looking for deduction analysts who would be responsible for validating Trade deductions and responsible to maintain overall deduction balance target given by the Organization_
- Role and Responsibilities:_
- _Experience in handling Trade Promotion Management_
- _Establish relationships with Clients, Sales and Customers_
- _Develop pre and post event analysis of the Trade promotion activities and determine where profit can be increased, what can be improved and what should be changed_
- _Validate Trade deductions and create/modify Promotions and rebates_
- _Confer with staff to discuss issues, coordinate activities or resolve problems_
- _Take corrective action to tackle interpersonal problems_
- _Responsible to maintain overall deductions balance targets given by the Organization_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _BCOM/ MCOM/ MBA/ BBA or any relevant qualification_
- _Experience in deductions and claims process_
- Behavioral / team skills_
- _Understanding of Deductions management_
- _Accounting skills including Budgeting, Forecasting and Reconciliations_
- _TPM knowledge to validate claims_
- _SAP Knowledge_
- _Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations_
- _Superb communication and negotiation skills_
