- In this role, you are expected to be an independent worker who demonstrates ownership of responsibilities, self-reliance, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to perform efficient and accurate post audits of closed and written-off deductions, identifying opportunities for recovery of invalid deductions, which will contribute to the organization’s revenue growth. You will work closely with your supervisor and independently to perform root cause analysis and share documented findings._
- Responsibilities_
- _Extract documentation for deductions including backup, remittances, proof of deliveries, and other required items._
- _Identify and convert new recovery opportunities through historical customer behaviors on invalid deductions following SOPs, deduction reason coding, and trends._
- _Leverage appropriate advanced and sophisticated methods and approaches to cleanse, synthesize, visualize, and investigate data as appropriate to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with the business need._
- _Engage supervisor and client as required to resolve complex issues._
- _Willing to work in US shifts and follow US calendar for Holidays_

- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Bachelor or Graduate degree_
- _Relevant years of experience in Order to Cash_
- _Must be self-reliant, resourceful, and proactive in approaching tasks_
- _Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data._
- _Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities_

- _Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas and recommendations clearly and briefly._
- _Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to be both collaborative and inclusive within a team environment._
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word._
- _Ability to multi-task and prioritize items with specific time constraints._
- _Ability to adapt to the business's changing needs._
- _Client-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external client requests._
- _Must have worked on ERPs (SAP / Oracle / Salesforce / TPM)_
