We are seeking a talented Hybrid Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Hybrid Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging experiences across our digital platforms.

You will collaborate closely with the design team and take inputs from them including developers, and designers to understand user needs and translate them into exceptional design solutions.

As a hybrid designer you will need to support the team with visual design upgrades on the product side. There will be opportunities also to work closely with the marketing team and come up with marketing campaigns and marketing materials as needed from time to time. Small video making skills will also be an added qualification for this role.

**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand features that exist in the product and see if the flows align with the mental models of end users. Identify gaps in any and work on these changes as appropriate.
- Understand the user personas, and create wireframes using existing design system.
- Prototype and iterate on designs to optimize user experiences and enhance the visual design aspect in the product
- Produce high quality mock-ups to support concept and design briefs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of prior experience as a Visual designer or hybrid designer or UX designer with good visual design capabilities in services or product company
- Bachelor’s degree in design, BFA in New media ,Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proficiency in design language and prototyping tools such as Figma are essential
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and work in a team,
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Base location Pune and preferred mode of working will be working from office as per company policies and department guidelines.
