**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **UX Designer** with **2+ years of experience** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Translate user insights into wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Create and maintain design documentation, personas, user stories, and research reports.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and align with usability standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Ability to conduct UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good communication and storytelling skills to present and justify design decisions.
- Attention to detail with a passion for creating excellent user experiences.

**Good to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of UI Design and visual design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS fundamentals.
- Experience working on SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise solutions.
- Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
