**Job Purpose**:
As part of our expanding product design team, this role collaborates with experienced UI/UX designers to craft captivating experiences for our customers.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our Product UI/UX Design team at Anchanto. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for user-centered design, a knack for problem-solving, and an interest in the Ecommerce and Enterprise SaaS sectors. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our Senior UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, and Development Teams to create engaging and effective user experiences across a variety of platforms.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Design Team to contribute to UX design projects from ideation to implementation.
- Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs and behaviors. Analyze research data to inform design decisions.
- Design user interfaces for mobile, web, and other digital platforms with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and aesthetics. Ensure designs are responsive and accessible.
- Create wireframes, mockups, graphic designs, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Utilize tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD & Photoshop.
- Participate in design critiques and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet the intended user experience. Provide necessary design assets and guidance during the development process.
- Help maintain consistency in design patterns and contribute to the development of the Anchanto Design System. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and design standards across all platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, web design, or a related field.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a comprehensive understanding of UX principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Frameworks, Libraries, and an understanding of how they influence design.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to team members.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative design environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating solutions that elevate user experiences.

**Education**

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field such as Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or an equivalent portfolio that demonstrates practical experience in UX design.
