**Job description**

We are seeking full-time BIM MEP Engineers/Modelers, with a minimum of 01-03 years of work experience in MEPF field. He / She will be responsible for MEPF modeling and detailing, Model coordination, Internal team coordination, Project on time deliverables, Review and QA/QC project deliverables, Manage and Coordinate project deliveries/ delegated tasks with team, Learn and demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (Architectural, Structural & MEPF Coordination), Professional and proactive approach, Training, Implementation & interaction with client and target audience for projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should have good design knowledge of MEPF engineering for Residential and Commercial projects.
- Coordination with client and Design consultants for the information required to prepare BIM MEPF models, design discrepancies report and drawings.
- Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software’s and tools.
- Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Needs to be an expert in BIM methodologies, Revit MEP Modeling, Detailing/drawings, shop drawings and should have experience of the design standards, codes, and calculations along with Experience in design & detailing of services like HVAC (Mechanical), Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting and IBMS.
- Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards within the MEP Engineering Team
- Act as MEP Assistant (MEP Engineering) for major projects.
- Ability to extract clash reports and understand the gravity of each clash. Ability to offer better clash resolutions without compromising the design quality is vital.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative abilities to present design issues or model changes.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide information for resolution of issues.
- Coordination with project coordinators and team to achieve the required project deliverables in line with client’s requirement.
- Manage project workflow and task sheets.
- Manage the implementation of supporting BIM software. (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 etc..)
- Assist project teams in BIM project setup.
- Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement. Provide technical orientation to New Hires regarding BIM tools.
- Quality control for completeness and adherence to company/project standards.
- Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
- Keep track of the major decisions (MOM’s) during the Project subsistence.

**Qualifications**
- Education - Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Diploma
- Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 etc.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Pleasant Personality
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Industry.
- Self-driven and motivated

**Employment Type**

Full time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
