We are looking for a skilled and versatile **BIM Trainer + Modeler** who can deliver expert-level training on BIM tools while also contributing to actual modeling and design projects. This dual role requires a balance of strong technical proficiency and effective communication to educate students and assist project teams with high-quality BIM models.

**Key Responsibilities:Training Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom or online training sessions on BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Design curriculum, lesson plans, exercises, and project-based assignments.
- Guide students through hands-on practice, live projects, and portfolio creation.
- Conduct student assessments, project reviews, and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated on latest BIM trends, certifications, and tools to ensure curriculum relevance.

**Modeling Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate and clash-free BIM outputs.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and documentation using BIM workflows.
- Create families, templates, schedules, and detailed drawings for ongoing projects.
- Perform quality checks, clash detection, and resolve modeling issues using Navisworks and other tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in training, mentoring, or assisting in educational roles (formal or informal).
- Strong proficiency in:
Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)
Navisworks
AutoCAD
BIM 360 (preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to learners in an easy, engaging way.

Pay: ₹15,955.06 - ₹35,490.58 per month
