We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate **Freelance BIM Trainer** to deliver professional training in **Building Information Modeling (BIM)** tools and workflows. You will be responsible for teaching software such as **Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD**, and providing real-world project insights to aspiring architects, engineers, and design professionals.

This is a flexible, freelance position ideal for working professionals who enjoy mentoring and sharing industry knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online or offline training sessions on BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning modules.
- Guide students through hands-on modeling exercises and provide constructive feedback.
- Assess learner progress and provide mentoring for portfolio and interview readiness.
- Stay updated with BIM trends, workflows, tools, and certifications.
- Collaborate with the academic or content team to improve training materials if required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in BIM modeling and workflows.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (formal/informal).
- Expertise in:
Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
Navisworks (Clash Detection, Coordination)
AutoCAD
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and support learners of all skill levels.

**Work Schedule**:

- Flexible hours — sessions scheduled as per mutual availability
- Weekend and evening slots may be available
- **Compensation**: Per session/hour-based remuneration (discussed during the interview)
