extensive volume of projects.

**Roles and Responsibility**

Should have good design knowledge of Residential, Mix use and
Commercial projects.
Work with management and in-house team in developing a vision and
deliverables for all projects.
Control project deliverable from start to finish of the project to ensure
high-quality outputs for the various design stages of the project.
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building
codes, guidelines and regulations with Experience in design & detailing of
services like Architectural, Structural, HVAC (Mechanical), Electrical,
Plumbing, Fire fighting and IBMS.
Coordination with Client and ASMEPF consultant for the information
required to prepare BIM models, design discrepancies report and
drawings.
Lead the project meetings.
Coordination with project coordinators and team to achieve the required
project deliverables in line with client’s requirement.
Manage project workflow and task sheets.
Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM
Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
Ensures that project drawings are made as per the required standard and
delivered timely as planned.
Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
Keep track of the major decisions (MOM’s) during the Project
subsistence.
Manage the implementation of supporting BIM software. (Revit,
Navisworks, BIM 360 etc..)
Needs to be an expert in BIM, Revit Architectural, Structural, MEPF
Modelling, and Detailing.

Should have experience of the design standards, codes, and calculations
along with
Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and
standards within the project team.
Ability to extract clash reports and understand the gravity of each clash.
Ability to offer better clash Resolutions without compromising the design
quality is vital.
Attend coordination meetings and provide information for resolution of
issues.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative abilities to present
design issues or model changes.
