**Job Title**: BIM Coordinator-MEP (B.E Mechanical)

**Location**: Pimple Nilakh, Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411027

**Experience**:3-5 years

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Revit MEP Expertise**:Demonstrate proficiency in Revit MEP software, including but not limited to, creating detailed models, generating drawings, and producing documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- **Building Drawing Interpretation**:Utilize technical understanding of building drawings to effectively translate design concepts into accurate Revit models.
- **Cad to BIM Conversion**: Execute Cad to BIM conversion tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all converted models meet quality standards and project requirements.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and designers to coordinate MEP systems within building designs.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough quality checks on Revit models and drawings to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies.
- **Project Management Support**: Provide support to project managers by assisting in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- **Technical Support**: Offer technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices related to BIM processes and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP.
- Technical understanding of building drawings and design concepts.
- Proficiency in Cad to BIM conversion.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra.
- Work from home option not available.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
