**Job Purpose**

Novaz Enterprises is seeking dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Bangalore. The primary goal is to drive sales and revenue by managing the entire sales process, from pre-sales to deal closure, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Consultation**: Understand client needs, provide property recommendations, and offer relevant real estate investment advice.
- **Sales Process Management**: Conduct site visits, property presentations, and follow-ups to move clients through the sales funnel.
- **Deal Negotiation and Closure**: Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong post-sales relationships, providing after-sales support and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- **Achievement of Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports to management, detailing activities, pipeline status, and deal closures.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably **MBA** or **any graduate** with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in **real estate sales** or any sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple sales projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

**Performance Expectations**
- Close a minimum of **5-6 deals per month**.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Benefits & Compensation**
- Base salary of ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
