Job Title: Female Tele Caller - Real Estate Project
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and follow-up on leads generated through various sources.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain a positive and professional rapport with clients. Understand their real estate needs and provide relevant information about the projects.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering essential information such as budget, preferences, and timelines. Identify potential opportunities for property sales.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit the project site or meet with real estate agents for further discussions.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring a comprehensive database of leads and clients.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the real estate project details, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate this information to potential buyers.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their preferences and concerns, and communicate this information to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into successful sales.
**Requirements**:
Education: Any Degree or equivalent. Additional qualifications in sales or customer service will be an advantage.
Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in languages like Kannada, English, and Hindi. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address the needs of potential buyers.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software for effective lead management.
Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, resilient, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the sales team and other departments for seamless customer service.
**Salary**: 3L-4L per annum Experience required: 1-2Years
