**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.
2. Provide information about our products/services and answer questions from customers.
3. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing.
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.
5. Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-learning.

Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
3. Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and build rapport quickly.
