**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our financial services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide information about our products and services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer queries, and resolve issues.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
