Job Title: Tele Caller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our admissions team at Indo Asian Academy. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and guardians to promote our college programs, provide information, and generate interest.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and guardians.

2. Promote college programs, courses, and facilities.

3. Provide information on admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and scholarships.

4. Generate interest and encourage prospective students to visit the college.

5. Update student records, databases, or CRM systems.

6. Meet productivity and quality standards.

7. Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

**Requirements**:
1. 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in education industry or admissions team.

2. Knowledge of PU college programs and courses.

3. Fluency in local languages.
