**Job Title**: Tele caller Executive
- Domestic & International (Inbound & Outbound)

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound** and **outbound calls** from domestic and international customers.
- Understand customer queries, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Promote products/services where applicable and generate leads when required.
- Maintain call logs, reports, and feedback documentation accurately.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution or escalation.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years** of proven experience in a similar telecalling/customer service role.
- Experience in handling **both domestic and international calls** (inbound & outbound).
- Excellent verbal communication in **English** and at least one regional language.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in BPO/Call Center or similar industries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
