**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and conduct customer site visits for real estate projects.
- Explain flat features, pricing, and offers clearly to potential buyers.
- Maintain relationships with leads and follow up until deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred).
- Good communication in Kannada and English.
- Must be based in or near Bengaluru.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
