**Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive**
**Location**: Bommasandra & HBR
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 + Incentives (Based on experience)
**Working Hours**: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM (6 Days a Week; 1 Weekday Off)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Real Estate Sales Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, showcasing properties, and converting leads into sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, a good personality, and a passion for real estate.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
- **Property Showings**: Schedule and conduct property tours with clients, offering insights and details about the properties.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Engage in negotiations to close deals that meet the company’s objectives and satisfy the client’s needs.
- **Maintain Client Relationships**: Ensure ongoing communication with clients for potential future sales and referrals.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- **Personality**: Professional, presentable, and with a customer-first attitude.
- **Weekend Availability**: Must be willing to work on weekends, with one day off during weekdays.
- **Performance-Driven**: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
