**Full job description**
We are looking for a B2B Tele Sales Executive to join an extremely successful Company in Plywood Industry.
This is a tele sales focused and target driven business-to-business (b2b) **WORK FROM HOME **role consisting of cold calling and lead generation with a view to making appointments.
Accountabilities:
- Correctly qualify the company and ensure reaching decision makers
- Call prospects to arrange meetings
- Provide prospects with required information in professional format
- Build relationships with the Decision Makers, diarising call backs and cancellations
- Resilience and the capacity to grow adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
- Achieve all daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s
- To attend and fully participate in on-going training and development regular performance reviews, monthly one to one meetings and company appraisal system
- Contribute to overall team effort to ensure company new business targets are consistently achieved
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company
- Adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures.
- Adhere to data protection guidelines, ensuring all prospects are aware that all calls are recorded

- **Minimum 6 months to 4 years work experience into B2B Tele-sales experience**:
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, highly competitive tele-sales environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,584.43 per month
