**Role Overview**:We are seeking a motivated B2B Telesales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. If you are persuasive, customer-focused, and enjoy hitting targets, this role is for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Doing cold callings to potential clients and customers
- Explain products/services and their benefits clearly.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on warm leads to convert into sales
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Goal-driven with a positive attitude
