**TeleSales Specialist focused on driving meeting bookings for Enterprise Account Executives in an EU-based B2B SaaS company.**
- Experience: 3+ years of telesales in B2B SaaS industry
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to think quickly and respond
- Can overcome the common objections from prospects to find the real needs and value
- Able to synthesise, replay and refine verbal pitches for B2B SaaS solutions to a variety of use cases and industries
- Able to deal with rejections, adapt and improve
- Potential to build and lead a team in the future

**Responsibilities & Duties**

You are responsible for running telesales campaigns based on prospect lists and information from the Marketing & Sales teams. Specifically, you will
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including both cold and warm leads
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target companies
- Introduce and explain our SaaS solutions, highlighting key benefits and features
- Schedule demos and follow-up appointments for the sales team
- Update and maintain the CRM system with call outcomes and lead information
- Achieve monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead lists and targeting strategies
- Provide feedback on common objections and market trends to improve sales strategies

**Key results/ objectives**

**Objective**:

- Increase the Number of Meetings Booked with Sales Qualified Leads
- Make 100-150 calls per day
- Book 1-3 qualified meetings per day
- Support the sales team to convert 8-12% of these opportunities into sales
