**Culinary Leadership**:

- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Ensure consistency and quality across various cuisines, including but not limited to fine dining, casual, and specialty cuisines.

**SOP Development and Enforcement**:

- Define and document SOPs for kitchen operations, including food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
- Ensure staff understanding and adherence to SOPs through regular training and monitoring.
- Conduct random checks to ensure compliance with SOPs and take corrective action when necessary.
- Work closely with Operations team

**Staff Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.

**Training and Development**:

- Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff, including food safety, culinary skills, and SOPs.
- Ensure all staff members receive regular training and updates on new procedures and menu items.
- Monitor training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation, presentation, and consistency.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all food served meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

**Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, storage, and rotation of food and supplies.
- Minimize waste and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

**Menu Planning**:

- Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Ensure menu items meet quality, safety, and presentation standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Culinary degree or certification.
- Food safety certification (e.g., FSSAI).
- Experience with menu engineering and cost control.
