JD for the role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage third-party vendor relationships to maintain and resolve problems for hotel/conference center systems: Property Management System, Point of Sale systems. Ensure best of class product and support are received.
- Support the lifecycle of the property’s Hospitality Systems and their integrations. This will include the install, break/fix, upgrade, maintenance, and training of the property systems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; good presentation skills with ability to think outside the box to generate solutions; ability to interpret data and see trends.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in information technology in a formal Information Technology role
- Knowledge of Hospitality Systems - including but not limited to Point-of-Sale systems, Property Management systems (Opera PMS preferred) and relevant integrations.
- Knowledge on any one of the following is desired Birchstreet, Sun infor, genesis, Micros Simphony or POS system.
