**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US healthcare market.
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up on warm leads.
- Drive B2C sales by presenting suitable healthcare solutions and converting leads into sales.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Work in rotational night shifts to support US time zones.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve customer experience and processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in **international voice process** (preferably US healthcare or sales).
- Proven experience in **cold calling, lead generation, and B2C sales**.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in English.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work **rotational night shifts and week offs**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **US healthcare industry** or insurance sector is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
